The Online Landlord

We are a small local business that provides quality student accommodation in Hull. We do not use letting agents which means that we maintain direct contact with our tenants and, as ex-university students, we know from first-hand experience exactly what students expect from their accommodation.

All of our properties are in easy walking distance of the university; all are warm, safe and well-ventilated; all are fully-furnished and equipped; all have a good supply of electrical sockets and all our bedrooms have double beds.

Each property is completely re-furbished when purchased and our safety standards exceed the minimum required by the housing authority or by the University accreditation scheme. We are fully-responsive to any new legislation affecting rental property. Inspections are welcome.
