The company director, Kim Raines, has a background in professional property investment, having built her own HMO rental portfolio whilst working for local letting agents in Hull. Kim chose to leave full time employment in 2015 to concentrate on building her own portfolio and to establish The Online Landlord; the go to letting agent Hull for professional HMO management. Kim has since gone on to establish complementary Property Refurbishment and Property Sourcing companies.
